ALOHA UKULELE RETREAT
Hideaway Ukulele Studio to host the Aloha Ukulele Retreat - a one-day, two-session retreat with Denise Leslie on Tuesday, July 29 from 10:30 am to 3:30 pm at Hideaway Ukulele Studio - now relocated to Bayfield, Colorado in Forest Lakes Subdivision. The cost is $75 per person and includes a lesson, playing time, and lunch. Limited to 15 people.
NOTE: This is the rescheduled date from early July due to illness, so you may be able to attend this new date?!
10:30 am - come and get set up!
11 am - Welcome, Warm-up, and Introduction to Somewhere Over the Rainbow - with ukulele parts for all levels! When you sign up, Denise will assign a part and send you the music to prepare, if you'd like.
12:30 pm - Lunch Break - Salad, sandwiches, snacks, soda, tea, and water will be provided. You are also welcome to bring your own.
1:15 - 2:15 pm - Part 2 of Somewhere Over the Rainbow
2:30 - 3:30 pm - Ukulele Circle Time - bring one song to share with the group. We'll make copies and “jam”…
If you are not exhausted, happy hour is an option!
